KINETICOL DC

The Kineticol range are hydraulic fluids base on solvent refined paraffin hydrocarbons.

Product Description

A range of hydraulic oils blended from highly refined base stocks and a superior range of additives giving excellent operational performance.

Applications

Kineticol high performance hydraulic oils provide excellent response and a long trouble free service life in oil filled systems employing piston, vane or gear pumps operating at high pressures and temperatures generated in today’s hydraulic machinery. Kineticol 32 is the most popular viscosity grade for hydraulic systems and covers the majority of applications in both industrial and construction plant. It is particularly recommended for the high pressure systems of machine tools, especially CNC machines.

Features and Benefits

Antiwear and Corrosion Protection Agents

Incorporation of the above additives ensures reduced mechanical wear, corrosion free pumps, valves and actuators.

Chemical and Temperature Stability

The Kineticol range exhibits exceptional chemical and temperature stability, resists foaming and cavitations, prevents the formation of harmful deposits on filters and valves.

Compatibility

The products are compatible with all common conventional sealing materials used in hydraulic systems.

Storage, Packing and Handling

Kineticol hydraulic oils are available in 5, 20, and 210 litre containers, store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Normally safe in use however reference should be made to the relevant safety sheet.

Use

The choice of grade depends on operating and starting temperatures with heavier grades being used at higher temperatures. It is normal to use lighter grades in systems with pressures below 1000 psi (7000 kPa).
